ByLanks is the public record of work by Mahasen Jayawickrama Gunawardena - Lanks MJG.

The work spans recruitment, education, climate and finance, food and beverage, legal workflows, and the systems that hold it together. It is one record rather than one storyline: ventures built, operated, sold, shelved, and resumed since 2001.

The record is deliberately structured. Ended work stays visible, with its outcome and what it led to. Current work carries its own state and a way in. Most of what is being built does not appear here until there is a reason for it to.

Three surfaces hold the work. ByLanks is the record itself. MAS is the home base for selected ventures. Lanks Lab is where teaching and experiments live.

Ways in are deliberately few. Build is the free serious route for something real. Meet is paid booked time, with a limited amount kept for pro bono work. Letters is occasional writing. The work speaks for the rest.
